1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays in your order.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Free Shipping to UAE: Delivery within 7-15 business days.
    • International Shipping: Delivery within 7 - 20 Business days. "30 AED (or local equivalent)"
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and country/region.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. International Shipping

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. All fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to deliver orders on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other external factors may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at ask@specialselect.shop so we can assist with filing a claim.
  • We are not responsible for packages after they have been delivered to the provided address.

7. Change of Address

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within [24 hours] of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.

8. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.
